This year is a big year for the charity I work for, it's 25 years old this year!!

That's 25 years of supporting, listing to and helping lots of people in Bolton with mental health problems. The work we do is invaluable to lots of people, and we want to continue to offer the services we give for as long as we possibly can!!!

Both myself and Mark Lamb are somewhat afraid of heights, and slightly nervous flyers, we wanted to do something to raise money for our charity, and challenge ourselves at the same time.........Only one thing for it, a skydive it must be!!

It's all in honour of MHIST being 25 years old this year!
