Story
Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.
Running has never been for me but after the excellent care my Dad received in his final days at Worthing hospital I decided I needed to give something back to the amazing nurses and care staff.
I set myself the challenge and with a little help of the couch to 5k app friends and family, I put on my running shoes and got stuck in. I needed something to work to so after a little research the Worthing 10k was considered and once seeing the date of the 2nd of June it couldn't of been more of an incentive (my Dad's Birthday). So here I am training in wind, rain, snow but it's worth it as it's the least I can do to show my appreciation to the hard work all the staff do. Thank you Durrington Ward.
