As an ex-police officer I know how much just ONE conversation can help someone's life.  

Working in Clifton, Bristol I dealt first hand with many desperate people who came to the area urgently in need of help, even a stranger's or police officers help.

In 2007 I had a very difficult time.  My twin girls were born at 26 weeks, were in intensive care & needed heart surgery; my grandmother passed; my father then suddenly died from heart failure and my marriage really broke down.  All in a matter of months & my mental health suffered. 

Thankfully my friends & reiki healing helped me through & my girls are now 13 and I am out of an unhappy marriage with the best friends you could ever hope for.

2020 is all about the team effort!

After 3 years of doing REDJANUARY on my own this year is a team effort with Angella Zeballos, Steve Tucker and a few others who are remaining behind the scenes. 

ONE conversation or ONE phone call can be the difference between desperation and hope.  Each ONE call to MIND costs £6 so please donate a call, or two or more.
