Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

For those who know my brother now or knew him in his youth! Simon was diagnosed with FTD & MND last year! But he is still very much living life to the full! If you can't join Simon for our Ceilidh on Friday - then a donation to this local Dementia Charity would be much appreciated :) Thank You :)

About the charity

We provide support within the City of Sunderland to people who have dementia and their families, carers and friends. We aim to raise awareness of the issues and needs around dementia and to promote increased access to support and advice services for individuals with dementia and their families.
