Hi, thanks for visiting my page, I am running the Cardiff Half Marathon in October, my best friend will turn 40 this year and she wanted a challenge to mark it, well I couldn't let her do it alone.  I am donating all the money raised to Brecon Mountain Rescue as they are a local charity who work extremely hard all year round, in any weather day or night so please donate and support these local hero's
