Thanks for taking the time to visit our JustGiving page.

The HSP Support Group helps people diagnosed with Hereditary Spastic Paraplegia.

Hereditary Spastic Paraplegia is a diagnosis which covers a range of rare genetic disorders. People of all age groups can be affected. The
main symptoms are stiffness (spasticity) and/or paralysis in the lower
limbs due to degeneration of the upper motor neurons within the brain and spinal cord.

Jo's mum has HSP, and the Support Group has helped her learn about her condition and meet other people in similar situations.
