On 6th May 2017, along with about 2,000 other cyclists, I will be cycling from Cardiff to Tenby. That's just over 100 miles. If I can raise some money for charity along the way then that would be fantastic!

Type 1 diabetes indiscriminately and randomly affects a person, often without warning. It isn’t caused by poor diet or an unhealthy lifestyle. In fact, it isn’t caused by anything that they did or didn’t do, and there is nothing they could have done to prevent it. It could happen to one of your friends or family tomorrow.
