Story

This September, I'll be taking on the Dart 10k – a ten-kilometre swim in the River Dart. It's a bit of a mad thing to do, and I want to use it as an opportunity to fundraise for an organisation whose work in Syria, Gaza, and the Mediterranean – and in conflict zones across the world – is simply staggering.

Médecins Sans Frontières/Doctors Without Borders (MSF) is an international charity that delivers lifesaving medical care to the people who need it most, regardless of where they are, or whether their stories have hit the headlines. They're independent and committed to helping people in some of the most dangerous places in the world. I can't think of a better charity to support in times like these.

Your donation – however much it is – can make a real difference, at a time when a lot of us are wondering what we can do to help people going through incredible hardship. Thanks for reading this, and thank you for donating!
