Hearts & Souls is the local charity that needs to raise around £25,000 each year to fund the exercise classes, equipment and specialist staff for the award-winning cardiac rehabilitation programme. This helps around 1,000 patients get back to normal after cardiac events every year. This part of the rehabilitation programme is not fully funded by the NHS and relies on charitable donation.

The London Bridges Walk takes place on Sunday 29th September - starting at Putney Bridge and finishing 16 bridges, 12 miles ( 33,000 steps ) later at Tower Bridge.

It would be great if we could help raise a contribution towards the annual target to enable other patients like me to continue to benefit from this life-changing service.
