We pioneer life-saving cancer research to help us beat cancer

Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

On Monday 1st June 2015 a bright light went out in my life.......
A light that I love and had seen develop into a shining beam over 46 years. My sister Kate sadly passed away as a result of secondary cancer.

I promised her that I would continue my effort in raising awareness and funds to help beat this awful illness. This is the reason that I am attempting this feat and to help raise funds for Cancer Research UK!

On August 29th 2016 I will be cycling from Lands End to John O’Groats, a distance of 960 miles in 12 days.

I aim to ride a total 2016 miles before Dec 31st 2016, so I will be participating in a series of other rides, including:

The London Revolution (200 miles) -  May 2016

The Prudential Ride surrey (100 miles) - August 2016

....and at least 7 or 8 other events (50 to 100 each) between now and the end of 2016. My aim is to raise at least £2,016.00 for Cancer Research UK.

I am self funding all of these rides, so all donations you give will go to Cancer Research UK via the Just Giving site !!

(For corporate sponsorship before 20th July 2016 - £250.00 for the corp logo on my cycle shirt, - please contact me directly)
