Story
Back on the 15th of August 2015, Jordan went off to Cheltenham Race course to complete the Cotswold Sportive. Nobody could ever have imagined what would unfold on that ride. About half an hour in, Jordan was coming towards Guiting Power in the Cotswolds where he lost control of his bike, fell off, and landed in the road. Unfortunately a car coming from the opposite direction didn't see Jordan; it then proceeded to drag Jordan along the road before it finally stopped. 15 people then lifted the car off him, while the Air Ambulance were called. They responded quickly, found a place to land, and then proceeded to give the critical care Jordan needed before flying him directly to ICU Southmead Bristol.
At The Gym Southampton East, where Jordan now personal trains. Jordan is going to be taking on a challenge to see how many Cotswold Sportive equivalent rides, he can complete to raise money and awareness, for the fantastic service that not only Great Western Air Ambulance provide, but the air ambulances across the country. And they survive solely on donations as they are not government funded organisations. Any money you can give will make a difference to somebodies life. Also, they are in the process of moving to a new modern air base, which ideally, they would like to own. So money raised here will go towards their fund for owning their own base, and to help them continue to provide their great service.
