My two sister's Teresa, Lynn and I are running the Great North Run in September in memory of our Mam, Sylvia Crawford who had Vascular Dementia ,  We as a family and with the help of carers were able to look after  mam and give her 24 hour care in her own home.... I know Mam will be looking down on us feeling very proud and saying " your not just a pretty face " .(one of her many sayings).....Our Mam had a great sense of humour, was very kind, considerate and caring.💖💖...."
