Its that mad time of year again where I plan on running like a whippet to raise much needed funds for the amazing charity Just Whippets! Not only am I doing the Great North Run half marathon. I'v completed a triathlon last weekend to warm up! The triathlon was made up of a cold swim in the North Sea, a cycle on a bike that's not my own and a fast short run. Just Whippets does amazing work, running entirely on donations and fundraising. It is involved in the rescue, rehabilitation and rehoming of whippets, lurchers and all dogs that look like a whippet!

PLEASE donate and support me......calling all sighthound lovers!!!! I'm not the best runner, struggle with asthma and not had much time to train. I'm going to give it a damn good go though!
