I am going to be 50 this year.. so time for a challenge!

The Lichfield Sprint Triathlon is 16 lengths of the pool, a 20km bike ride and a 5km run... I need an incentive to get me through, so wanted to raise money for Staffs Wildlife Trust.

Instead of a coffee or a chocolate bar this week, may be you could spare me £1 (plus gift aid!) to help inspire me on this journey! It will be so much easier if I know that this event will help raise money for wildlife in Staffordshire!

I have over 11,000 followers on Twitter and thousands read my blogs and enjoy my cameras.... just £1 from even 1/10th of the followers could give a great boost to the trust ... and me!!
