Even though Chicago 2013 almost broke me (and the Tough Mudder last week actually did!) i just could not resist Mr Butti's persuasive arguments to support FFK in the annual Walk to Work event ..  

Running the Walk to Work on Friday 15th May The 4th annual FFK Walk to Work supports three fantastic charities which really make a difference to children's lives.

Since the recent tragic events in Nepal they have also decided to strengthen support for two charities that do fantastic work for children in the country.
