#TeamYMCA are taking on the 2019 London Marathon in support of young people and their local communities.

Story

After watching the London Marathon for many years, the time has come to get off the bench and get into game in the final year of my 20's.

Running for the YMCA has been the motivation I needed to get out and train during the depths of winter. The YMCA is the oldest youth charity supporting young people up and down the country.

I would really appreciate any donation for this worthy charity. The money you donate will help YMCA to provide safe accommodation for homeless young people, support for those with mental health problems, and the opportunity for many more to access education and training.

Who can put it better than the Village People?

"I felt the whole world was so tight, that's when someone came up to me and said, young man, take a walk up the street there's a place there called the YMCA, they can start you back on your way."

Thank you.
