Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

I, along with a couple of unwilling vampires, am walking 15Km in Halloween fancy dress, around London, to raise money for this fantastic cause.  I am a sufferer of this disease and despite the condition being in remission and being drug free at this time, it could return or flare with no or little warning.  The disease remains often misunderstood and confused with osteoarthritis, so this walk will aid the fundraising targets of this charity in their relentless work to raise awareness

Rheumatoid Arthritis is an autoimmune disease, in which the body's immune system - which normally protects its health by attacking foreign substances like bacteria and viruses - mistakenly attacks the joints.

Thank you for your support and for donating to this special cause,

Kay
