It was 25 years ago when I last ran the Great North Run, and I still have the t-shirt! Now, thanks to Open Doors, I have a new t-shirt to wear for this run on 9th September which reads, "RUN FOR THEIR LIVES".  This of course is why I am doing this -  to raise awareness, as well as money, for the many persecuted Christians in various nations around the world. Please pray for them.... and help me to raise at least £2018 this year to support them!  Amazingly, this run is also on my wife's birthday!
