Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

I have entered the Hoka Highland Fling Ultra-marathon on Saturday 27th
of April 2019. The race is 53 miles long on the West Highland Way path from Milngavie to Tyndrum. Yes, over Conic Hill.  In case you are wondering the race has 7500ft of a climb so it isn’t a nice flat run. There is a time limit of 15 hours on the day with the race starting at 6am. So hopefully plenty of time to allow me to finish.

The race has a web page where all information can be found  www.highlandflingrace.org  and on the day you can track my progress via the web page or in person if you want to pop up to the route on the day and shout me words of encouragement.  I will be delighted to see friendly faces and will post my race plan in advance on where I expect to be and when.

I'm doing this for St Margaret of Scotland Hospice as a small thank you for the excellent care they provide which my family has personally experienced.

Thanks again

Kenny
