I am honoured to be able to run the Southend 10K this year on behalf of the Finish Line Fund which is a local charity dedicated to providing support to families affected by serious injury or death whilst participating in local sporting activities and promotes running and other sports at an amateur level.

This charity was set up in 2014 in memory of Nick Palmer, a member of Flyers Southend Running Group, who tragically passed away shortly after finishing the Southend Half Marathon.
