Story

My name is Kieran and as well as having Autism, Anxiety and ADHD I have a very rare metabolic disease that the doctors are still trying to find out about and why I have it. I visit the hospital a lot as I also have renal problems so I have 2 different doctors there who help me, i have already had lots of operations which are scary. I find doing things out of my normal routine make me very  anxious but with the help of my dad I plan to continue my fundraising again this year by cycling 100 miles.

I also have hypermobility which means after I have done some exercise my joints really hurt and Its painful but I'm determined to do my best.

I love  Gary Barlow and Take That, they are my hero's especially Gary! My mum and dad are taking me to see them in concert because they are proud of what I'm doing to help others.

About the charity

It's bewildering and unsettling for anyone going into hospital but especially for children and that is why we are a fundraising hospital. We raise funds to enhance the experience of our patients by providing state of the art medical equipment and facilities and creating a child-friendly environment.
