27th August 2015 we lost our beautiful Caitlyn aged 6 she was the best thing that ever happend to me and will always be apart of our hearts She died of a sudden brain hemmorage a bleed that had developed in side her brain with no symptoms apart from sudden headacke dizzy ness and went in to cadratric arrest she was a perfectly healthy active child and we will never get our heads around this pain. This charity is so close to my heart when I felt like giving up 2 wish upon a star gave me and the family free  counciling and a memory box I couldn't face the box for a while but when I did they done her hand and foot print a lock of her hair a teddy and candle and helplines when I'm stuggling now I have used the hand print to have a tattoo on her memory also 2 wish upon a star have loads of events to get to get her with other people who are going though the same thing
