Brian is aiming to conduct as many Brass Bands in the country (and possibly beyond!) while they play his favourite march 'Army of the Nile'. The aim is to travel to various band concerts and rehearsals and collect money in aid of the Longfield Hospice who cared for Brian's wife, Lynn, while she was terminally ill with cancer. Brian will donate money every time he is invited to conduct a band, and take a collection box or two with him! The event will culminate in a concert in March, hopefully featuring members from many of the bands who have taken part!
