Team Power Roll (Neil Spann, Laura Donnelly and Trevor McArdle) are taking on the Keswick Half Marathon.  Laura and Neil know what to expect as its the second time they will have ran this and its Trevor's first time.  Please spare any pennies you can for St Oswalds Hospice, we raised over £400 for them last year and would like to reach that target again.  Last years half marathon was brutal so please be assured we will be earning our T-shirts at the end :-)  Thanks.
