Myself and the wonderful Catherine Tumelty will be completing the Pretty Muddy in Belfast on Saturday 2nd September. Although the race is affiliated with Cancer Research UK, a very worthy charity, I'll also be running in aid of Rape Crisis Tyneside and Northumberland, a north east based charity providing desperately needed care and support for victims of sexual abuse and violence. It's such a great cause, so if you'd like to sponsor me, your help would be so appreciated; every little really does help.
