Event: SAMH Stomp, on 26 October 2019
After an amazing second year, Scotlands unique stair climbing challenge, the SAMH Stomp, is back! Come join Team SAMH on 26th October and conquer BT Murrayfield stadium.

Story

As most of you are aware, the past couple years has been a very, very tough time for our little family. Tommy’s mental health took a very bad turn. Thankfully through the help and support of our family, friends and most importantly the Nurses, Psychiatrists and ACAST TEAM of St Johns Hospital, Tommy’s mental state has stabled. Even though he still has, bad days and sometime really really bad days, through the help we have received these are not as bad as they have been before.

So now I want to try and give back, spread more awareness and help others get through hard times. So I’m starting with this. Please help as much as you can I will be forever grateful!
