Hello my name is Lauren.

I am a young lady who has autism and learning difficulties which effects the way I am able to communicate. I really enjoy being active and doing all sorts of different sporting activities such as climbing, horse riding, cycling, trampolining and also walking. I have taken part in three consecutive Ten Tors Jubilee Challenges where I completed day walks over Dartmoor of up to ten miles.

Now that I live in supported living in Eastleigh, I have greatly benefited from the activities which I have been able to access through the local Eastleigh and Romsey Mencap group and so would like to give something back by raising money for them. Therefore, on October 8^th with my mum and dad supporting me, I am going to take part walking the Test Way doing the 16 mile route.
