26th May 2013 9:31pm - At the age of 52 my dad suffered an out of hospital cardiac arrest. There was a blood clot in the main artery of the heart causing him to have a heart attack. 

2018 Marks 5 years without him, I have chose to do the wolf run - a 10k challenge of off road running through open ground, woodlands, lakes and thick mud tackling obstacles throughout. This will be a personal and demanding challenge for me (I'm no runner) but I want to make this year a memorable one and hope I can raise some awareness and donations along the way. 

Donations raised will fund reasearch into coronary artery disease, the UK's biggest killer. Reasearch that could save another family. Any donation to help me with my challenge will be very gratefully received. I'm fighting for every heart beat for others in memory of my amazing dad who is so missed.
