Thanks for taking the time to visit my page! January is sure becoming my one month every year, I’ll participate in this event, in the hope of helping myself through challenges, and if I can raise some money for MIND then great, even better :)
This is my second time participating in RED January. For those unsure of what it is, red January aims to help improve mental health by introducing exercise EVERY DAY. There is significant research that exercise has a positive effect on a person’s mental health, however, not everyone will be in the mindset to do it. So I’ll do it on behalf. On behalf of myself, you and anyone. I am to run at least 1km every day in January. For me personally, I will be using RED January to get back into the swing of running again after breaking my ankle.
Although not compulsory, if you can spare anything, your donation to MIND would be highly appreciated, by myself, mind, and everyone who may need help from mind or another mental health charity’.
