I'm running ( shuffling) the 2019 Cardiff University/Cardiff Half Marathon on Sunday 6th October. 😱

This charity is close to my heart as over the last few years it has helped friends and family through their most difficult of times. I think it’s now time to give back something to this amazing organisation. 😍

Available 24 hours a day all year round, it is completely FREE to all patients and their families in the community.
