YoungMinds is the UK's leading charity championing the wellbeing and mental health of children and young people. Driven by their experience, YoungMinds creates change so that children and young people can cope with life's adversities, find help when needed and succeed in life. My sister Danielle suffered from depression and anxiety for the last ten years and sadly she took her own life on New Year's Eve. Me and my dad would like to raise money for the charity by doing this challenging 100 mile bike ride, hoping it can maybe help save someone's life who may be suffering like my sister. My family have lost an amazing daughter/sister/cousin and hope our contribution would prevent another family going through what we all have.
