I’m cycling 100km to raise money in the fight against cancer as I’m sick of the way this disease is ripping through my friends and family! 

It’s going to be a challenge as I haven’t been on a bike in about 2 years and have a couple of health problems myself but that’s just made me more determined to do it. 

I’m going to be starting a training program which as those who know me will know just how unhealthy I am . I prefer to watch sports rather than participate 😂. 

I’ll try and keep you updated on my progress and I really hope everyone who reads this will sponsor me. If all my FB friends donated £1 each I’ll reach my target
