Hello, my name is Logan. On June 23^rd 2018, I will be walking up to the summit of Snowdon to raise money for the Pituitary Foundation. This is a charity that works and looks after people who have conditions related to the Pituitary gland, like my mother who has Panhypopituitarism.

Without daily medication she is at risk of dying. When she was diagnosed at the age of 15 she received lots of support from The Pituitary Foundation Charity.

And now at the age of 43 she still receives support from them. Therefore, I want to raise the awareness of her condition and to raise money for the foundation. I try my best to help my mam so that she can stay safe and have a stable healthy life.

The Pituitary Foundation is such a help to many other people with pituitary related disorders. The charity doesn’t receive any government funding so it’s really important to carry on fundraising so that they can carry on supporting patients.
