Logistics UK is working as a team to complete a 24hr cycling challenge for Macmillan. The Head office teams will be coming together to kick off the virtual ride at 9am on Wednesday 27th July, covering 130 miles across the day. 

They will then be handing over at 5.30pm to the cycling volunteer road team who will be taking on an overnight ride from Logistics UK at Leamington Spa to Logistics UK Head office at Royal Tunbridge Wells. Covering 130 miles, the team will take on country roads as they head south and ride towards the capital as the sun begins to set. Riding through the centre of London, they will be passing Buckingham palace and riding along the River Thames before heading over Tower Bridge and turning south ready for sunrise. The ride continues as they head southeast from London towards Tunbridge Wells for a 9am
arrival at the finish line.

As The Logistics industry operates 24 hours a day, the team developed the idea to take on a challenge that would not only stretch the teams across 24 hours but also create a challenging event that is worthy of sponsorship for our company selected charity Macmillan Cancer Support.
