In June 2016 I am riding 350 miles in 5 days from Ypres to Verdun along the Western Front as part of the Help for Heroes Big Battlefield Bike Ride.

Help for Heroes which is an amazing charity which does so much for our wounded, sick and injured, so the temporary pain is more than worth it.
