Why have we chosen Mind? Through our own personal experiences or those of family and friends, we have seen first hand the benefit of the work Mind do. Be it from easy access to the free resources on the website all the way through to the Sanctuary mental health 'A&E' service in Cambridge. One in four people will experience a mental health problem at some stage in their life, so helping to make sure that the awareness, advice and support is there for them and those who care for them when they need it is important to us.
