Over the past few months I've been working hard to try and improve my fitness, with a goal to doing a half marathon for a great charity. I have personally attended screenings and I have also worked in a professional capacity to support VSF with my employer. I thought it would be a good charity to continue to support.

Those of you who know me personally will understand what a massive challenge a half marathon is for me. Having started with walking a charity 5K I've managed to progress to being able to run a 10K. I've still got a log way to go with my training but your support for me and this amazing local charity will ensure I reach my goal.
