On the 17th August I will be getting muddy with #TeamOrange and pushing myself to the limit at the ultimate obstacle race. This is a challenge like no other, a 7km mud run course which has 7 different zones on the course, each designed and built by a different obstacle race event company - hence, 'The Mudnificent 7'!

I have been working with Penny Appeal for nearly a year now, and have been privileged to have been part of our emergency responses in the Middle East, to see our projects and the incredible impact they have made. All from our mobile health clinic in Syria to our food distributions in Palestine.
