In April this year, Lou will be donating her left kidney to Lucie after 13 years of Kidney Disease.

We have experienced firsthand how important it is to receive enough support and welfare when undergoing this process, such as the donation, and how this can affect a sufferers life.

We believe patient support to be just as important as research funding and have decided to fundraise for BKPA because of the work they are doing to provide grants to sufferers for general welfare, providing holidays for those undergoing continuous treatment and being a helping hand in what can feel like an isolating time.
