I am trying to raise awareness and money for Cystic Fibrosis. I sadly lost my beautiful sister on Wednesday 25th October she was only 27 years old, far too young. She had a very long and hard fight on her hands, and she did fight so hard, but sadly her body just couldnt take it any longer. She knew she was ready, and she just feel asleep. She will forever be in our memories and thoughts. She is now out of pain. This is the hardest thing my family and I have ever had to go through and the support we have had from everyone is just so lovely. So thank you all. Thank you to the Cystic Fibrosis unit for everything you did for my sister. Please help me raise more awareness of this horrible disease and help me raise money to support this charity for all the other CF sufferers. My oldest sister also suffers from CF, so this is very close to my heart. 

I will forever carry you my big sis.
