Free to Run uses sport and adventure to empower female leaders in areas of conflict because they can and will become a force for positive change. It works with those living in difficult circumstances as they are the most in need and they hold the most potential for radically changing lives for the better.

I am using this year to run a number of events to raise money for this amazing small charity.  It combines three of my passions, running & adventure, empowering women, and helping those less fortunate.
