Lucy Giddings and I will be joining Katie Southern, her family and friends to run the Garstang 10k in January for Mind. Over summer Katie lost her uncle to suicide, we want to raise as much money as we can to help families in similar positions. Everyone has been affected by mental health in some way and we want to be able to help in any way no matter how small.
