On the 16th June  I’m cycling from London to Brighton to raise money for the Butterfly AVM Charity, who raise awareness and fund research for this rare condition. 

I’ve been lucky enough over the past few years to know the Christou family, including the inspiring Nikki Christou who is a positive voice for all AVM sufferers.
