I will be starting training for the 3 Peak Challenge, climbing the three highest peaks in the UK (Snowdon in Wales, Scafell Pike in England and Ben Nevis in Scotland) in June next year over 2.5 days. Big challenge!

I chose to do the challenge to act as an example to my sons that hard work and training pay off while helping me achieve some personal fitness goals and also to raise money for a charity that I feel passionate about, Peace Child International www.peacechild.org

Peace Child International focus on empowering young people through entrepreneurship education in both the UK and abroad in developing countries. Very happy to be supporting their cause! @peacechildinternational
