Another run! Just a fun run this time, but for a good cause -The good people at Positive East raise vital funds and awareness regarding HIV stigma and discrimination and work with individuals and communities affected by HIV, predominantly in East London.

On the 21st of November I'll take part in their 5k fun run and am asking you to donate whatever you can, however small. All they are asking for is £50, I'm sure we can beat that by miles!
