Come October I will be making a valiant effort to run the Cardiff Half Marathon. I am definitely not a born runner but I have always wanted to do a half marathon so why not now?! 

I am raising money for the RSPCA Llys Nini Centre in Swansea because they work very hard looking after all the animals that other people can't and they definitely deserve anything you can give.
