Story
As you may know, I was diagnosed with a brain tumour last April and want to do as much fundraising as I can for the neuro-oncology team in the Western General Hospital, Edinburgh. Only 1% of cancer research money goes towards brain tumours, hence there is no difference in prognosis now than there was 40 years ago. I hope to raise awareness of this and try and give something back to the people who are working so hard to find a cure for brain cancer. Hopefully one day less and less people will have to be told they have a terminal diagnosis on presentation. Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.
