The Rat Race adventure series is comprised of 3 events across some of the most rugged terrain the UK has to offer. Each race is a minimum of 22 miles with slight variations each year, with the longest being greater than marathon distance.

We will race across Cornwall from Marazion to Lands End in July, then 2 weeks later race 26 miles across Morecambe Bay and the mountains of the Lake District. Finally, we race from Caernarfon Castle across Snowdonia, with the half way point being the summit of Mount Snowdon.

Each event is a huge challenge in itself, so for all 5 of us to make it through all 3 events will be huge. Please give generously to this great cause and help make a real impact to those affected by Leukaemia.

We will also be running a video blog through the MSC Performance Birmingham Youtube channel documenting our training and how you can best prepare for the Birmingham half marathon in October 2020 if you are running it for Cure Leukaemia, or any other charity for that matter!
