The staff of the LLD/D department at Reading College have formed a Makaton Club so we are able to use the signing as a way of communicating with the majority of our students within the department. Seeing as we love getting into the festive spirit at Reading College we have decided to teach ourselves a few Christmas carols in Makaton. What better way to share our newly developed skill than to go down to our college reception and sing/sign to our favourite Christmas songs!

Because the staff of LLD/D use Makaton on a daily basis and rely on it as an aid to communicate with our students we thought that raising money to support such a wonderful charity would be the icing on our cake this Christmas!
