I've a set personal challenge to walk the Cambrian Way, 280 miles from Cardiff to Conwy, across the main hills and mountain ranges in Wales. I did some of it (starting in Conwy) in 1991, but have never got round to tackling it again.  Whilst it's a personal challenge and I also like to raise some money for charity.  

I've known Maxime Arras for 5 years, who has Duchenne and he's such a great guy, that it makes sense to raise some money towards research.  It's also a way of making up for not being there for Star Wars opening night.
